Top Ramen Chili
Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 Top Ramen® Chili Seasoning Packet
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white sugar, or to taste
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
Instructions
Peel hard-cooked eggs.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside.
Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl.
Stir in mayonnaise, seasoning packet, sugar, vinegar, mustard, onion, and celery; mix well.
Stuff or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
Sprinkle diced chives on top to finish.
