In a bowl, combine ramen seasoning, eggs, Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, peanut butter, garlic, spring onion and sesame oil. Give it a good mix.

Cook the ramen as directed on packaging. Save boiling water for the next step. Set aside ramen.

Add ¼ cup of boiled water to the peanut butter mixture and combine.

Then, add the noodles to the sauce and give it a final mix.

Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
