HOT & SPICY FIRE WOK CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER RAMEN

Ingredients

  • 2-3 packets of Hot & Spicy Fire Wok Screamin’ Sichuan Beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ cup boiled water
  • ¼ cup spring onion
  • Garnish: additional spring onions, crushed peanuts, red pepper flakes

Instructions

STEP: 1

In a bowl, combine ramen seasoning, eggs, Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, peanut butter, garlic, spring onion and sesame oil. Give it a good mix.

Cook the ramen as directed on packaging. Save boiling water for the next step. Set aside ramen.
