Hot & Spicy Fire Wok Torched Teriyaki Chicken

HOT & SPICY FIRE WOK AIR FRYER POPCORN CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Hot & Spicy Fire Wok Torched Teriyaki Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup water or milk
  • Oil spray
  • Optional: Ketchup or BBQ sauce (or other dipping sauce)

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400° F (200° C).

Crush uncooked Hot & Spicy Fire Wok noodles into very fine crumbs using a rolling pin or a food processor.

In a medium bowl, mix flour. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with water or milk. Fill a third bowl with the noodle crumbs.

Season the chicken with Hot & Spicy Fire Wok seasoning packets. Dredge in flour, then egg (allowing excess to drip off), then coat in noodle crumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken.

Once the air fryer is hot, spray the basket with oil or nonstick spray. Working in batches, add pieces to the air fryer basket, making sure to leave space between each piece so they get crispy. Spray the top with oil.

Cook for 5 minutes, flip the chicken over, and cook for 5 minutes more until golden brown.
