Hot & Spicy Fire Wok Torched Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
- 4-6 packets of Hot & Spicy FIRE WOK – Torched Teriyaki Chicken
- 6-7 chicken thighs
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. of cooking wine
- 1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. of cornstarch
- 1 soft boiled egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce and chicken thighs in a bowl and marinate overnight. Toss the chicken thighs in the cornstarch and pan fry with 1 tablespoon of oil. Set aside. In the same pan, saute the onions for three minutes before adding in the garlic and mushrooms, and cook for 1 minute. Add the cooking wine and allow the sauce to thicken.
While the vegetables cook, boil the egg for 7 minutes. In a separate pot, boil the Hot & Spicy FIRE WOK Torched Teriyaki Chicken flavored noodles in water for 5 minutes.
Top the Hot & Spicy FIRE WOK Torched Teriyaki Chicken flavored noodles with the chicken thighs, caramelized onions, mushrooms, soft boiled egg and green onion. Enjoy!
