WINNING RECIPE 1 – Bullies’ Hot & Spicy FIRE WOK Screamin’ Sichuan Beef – (Staten Island) E153/L77

Ingredients

For The Stir Fry: 

  • 2 packets of Hot & Spicy FIRE WOK – Screamin’ Sichuan Beef flavored noodles
  • 1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • ½ cup carrots, chopped
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup corn starch 

 

For The Sauce: 

  • 3 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp. of brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp. of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. of sesame seeds

Instructions

Combine the sauce ingredients and marinate the flank steak in the sauce for 3+ hours, or overnight for optimal results. Saute the veggies in a pan with hot oil, set aside. Then, saute the meat in a hot pan over medium-high heat. Fill a pot with water, once boiling - add the Hot & Spicy FIRE WOK Screamin’ Sichuan Beef flavored noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Combine the cooked veggies and meat in a hot wok with the sauce. Once it thickens, serve over the noodles, and enjoy!
