BEEF STEW CROCK POT RAMEN

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of beef stew tips
  • 1 cup corn (canned)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 4 heads of bok choy
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • ½  cup sliced jalapeños
  • 2 packets of Top Ramen® Beef

Broth:

  • 5 cups beef broth
  • 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic

Mix together broth ingredients in a bowl.

Add beef stew tips, ramen seasoning packets and broth into a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Once the beef has been cooked all the way through, add in veggies and noodles and cook for another 30 minutes.
